How to Move a Ringtone from SD to Internal Memory on Android?

I have a Samsung GEM Runing on Android 2.2 (Froyo) and I want to know if its possible to move a ringtone from the SD Card to the internal memory cuz the phone is kind of slow reading the SD and everytime I receive a call there’s a big Delay on the ringtone.

It seems that you should root your android phone at first. And then install the RootExplorer to move the ringtone from SD card to mobile Phone.
